The Whole Village Family Resource Center (WVFRC) opened in 1996; the community garden was completed in 1998 and the campus became the permanent home for the Bridge House shelter in 2002. On April 1, 2011, WVFRC merged with Lakes Region United Way. We play a dual role as a community center and a family resource center. From its inception, WVFRC has been promoting individual and family well-being and providing centralized resources to the 20 communities we serve. We are proud to be here to help.
